PRIVACY POLICY

We are fully aware of our social mission regarding the protection of all personal information we handle, and we comply with laws and regulations regarding the protection of personal rights and personal information.
Also, we have established a personal information protection management system for the policies below. We recognize the newest IT technology trends, changes in social demands, changes in the business environment, and we strive to improve them constantly. We hereby declare that we will work as one team for this goal.

a)

The personal information we acquire, use, and provide is only limited to the use of our legitimate business in planning, manufacturing, wholesale, and retail business of different original brand products, as well as for importing and wholesale business of overseas brand cosmetics, fashion variety goods, fragrances, along with the recruitment and management of our associates. We shall not handle any personal information beyond the scope necessary to achieve our specified purpose of use (usage purposes).

b)

We shall comply with laws and regulations regarding the protection of personal information, governmental guidelines, and other rules.

c)

The personal information of our customers may be disclosed or provided to a third party in the following cases.

  • When the person concerned has given an advance consent for disclosure / provision.When required by law.
  • When we have to, to the necessary extent, provide the collected personal information described in 2 above for our business partners in written form (hard copy) or electronically (soft copy) in order to achieve the usage purpose notified to our customers.
  • When we cosign personal information to our subcontractor in order to achieve the usage purpose notified to our customers that only necessary items of the information shall be disclosed.
  • In this case, the subcontractor concerned shall also be obliged to manage information as properly as we do.
d)

We shall improve the personal information security system continuously by inputting management resources to fir it the newest situation of our business so as to take appropriate preventative measures for potential risks such as leakage, loss, and damage of the personal information.

e)

If our customers wish to amend or suspend the usage of their personal information, we shall swiftly respond to the request in accordance with laws upon identity verification. Enquiries regarding disclosure, amendment, usage suspension, as well as queries or complaints regarding the handling of personal information shall be made through our enquiry form. We shall respond swiftly, properly, and in an honest manner to the related complaints and enquiries.

f)

When handling personal information of our customers, we shall comply with the "Act on the Protection of Personal Information" and other valid laws and regulations in Japan, and we shall review our policies from time to time for improvement.
